E7 "The Grief Gal" Rachel Tenpenny McGonigle ~ Life After Loss Coach & Holistic Grief Support Expert

Rachel Tenpenny McGonigle ~ The Grief Gal

Tom & Rachel discuss Rachel's tragic loss of her two baby girls and how that drove her to analyze her grieving process. She shares her determination and how it manifested itself in how she helps people with the holistic approach she incorporates.

Rachel's bio:

Rachel Tenpenny McGonigle is a life-after-loss coach and holistic grief support expert. After the deaths of her baby daughters in 2008 she found herself overwhelmed with grief and unsure what to do to support herself. Desperate to end the unrelenting pain, frustrated by vague and antiquated advice, and scared by how often she was told grief is a life sentence, she set out to create a different path for herself. After more than 15 years of experience living a meaningful and purposeful life after loss, she has learned how to lead her grief instead of letting grief lead her and has helped hundreds of grieving clients do the same with her signature holistic approach. Originally from Southern California, she now lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Jason and their blended family of four boys ages 18,16, 13, and 7.
